Description
Summary:This article aims to discuss the analysis of mechanisms of social interaction operationalized in cyberspace. Our point of view is directed by Simmel's thinking about the game of interests between individuals, and subjects of interaction, when placed within a new area of virtual environments such as relationships and building their everyday relationships in this environment. This would not only be a possible side in the analysis of social reality, but also operated one of the identities and social roles, which would be rearranged and incorporated as a process of forming a meaningful unity of the subject, streamlined by a constant idea of being active in mode 'on' and ‘offline' as a means of enhancing their experiences. Our study will consider the contributions of Erving Goffman, Jean Baudrillard, Anthony Giddens, among others.
