| Summary: | This article discuss the implementation of some entrepreneurial policies of Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales, during the first decades of the twentieth century. Those policies show an aspect the implementation of what here we call: "pedagogy of domination" within the state enterprise. This category refers to relationship between YPF and workers, and It is an integral part into the construction of hegemony in these spaces. That pedagogy is developed over time and is intertwined to the formation of an ideal type of worker disciplined. This we allows observe that domination is exercised not only in the production process, but also in everyday life of workers.
