This article in its comparative survey through Locke's political theories, as mentioned in two treatises of Government, And new order of human rights, as fabricated in Charter of the United Nations and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, investigates the theoretical foundations of Locke's political philosophy; examining how and to what exent, his farily long engagement in liberalism has influenced or possibly determined the various components of the contemporary political thoughts.
