Summary:This article deals with organizational and pedagogical conditions of research competencies of primary school teachers by means of a modular design approach in the context of modern educational paradigm of higher education. Been shown contradictions in the formation of research competences in this category of specialists, briefly Author determined the nature and structure of the components of practice-oriented design of modular training in the development of independent research students. Deals with the stages of the formation of primary school teachers' research competencies and key organizational and pedagogical conditions of their operation, scientific orientation, the optimal combination of specially designed tasks educationally purposeful organization of modular design and traditional forms of work, the development of reflexive-motivational sphere of students in a mode of personal trajectory of their training.
