The results of the questionnaire survey of teachers of Labor training and Technology, teachers and students of Engineering-Pedagogical Faculty were analyzed, and some negative points indicating the expediency of personality activity stimulating in the process of studying were found. The conditions of activation of educational-cognitive activities of students in the classes of design and production of goods were highlighted: the selection of the content of educational materials; implementing of creative designing; consideration of the individual characteristics of students; usage of differentiated tasks; problem-based learning.
