The art of visual deception is an abstract, geometrical art that connects scientific theories with modern art. It has many fields that show creativity and the search for the most suitable solutions that can be followed to reach the goal and used by many artists to keep abreast of the global development. Keywords: Kinematics, Anamorphoses , Optical Art,  Concept of visual perception,  Op Art, Victor Vasarely , Bridget Riley. Research goals: The research aims to: 1 - Detection of the stages of the development of the art of Optical Illusion. 2 - knowledge of many types of Optical Illusion. 3 - Discover the aesthetic art of Optical Illusion to keep pace with global development. Research importance: The importance of research is to identify the art of optical illusion and its modern Directions methods and styles of diverse artists and to show it in forms that enrich the field of arts and creativity in order to keep abreast of the global development. Research Methodology: The research follows the descriptive analytical method.     Results: 1-      Employment of sports sciences in the plastic arts gives a new creative vision creative work to attract attention to taste the acquisition of his interest is long. 2-      Designers adopted multiple techniques to emphasize the concepts of art of Optical Illusion in their paintings and these techniques were divided into manual techniques such as (anamorphic) and technology technologies. Discussion of results: Optical Illusion is a process through which the visual and cognitive system of man is influenced by the illusion of things that seem unreal. Some artists in the 20th century adopted their designs on the various linear groups in a single formulation.
