The information resources of COVID-19 registration in HIV-infected and HIV-negative people in Perm Region were studied for 2020.Results. The prevalence of COVID-19 among HIV-infected people is lower than among HIV-negative people. There were no significant differences in the severity of COVID-19 clinical course in HIV-infected and HIV-negative people. There was no statistically significant dependence of the severity of COVID-19 clinical course in HIV-infected patients on the number of CD4 + T cells and the degree of viral load.Conclusion.
