Summary:Summary: Adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare tumor originating from the salivary glands, especially when arise the external auditory canal. We report a case of an adenoid cystic carcinoma arising the external auditory canal of 77 years old female patient, who complained hypoacusis and pain.
