Analysis of the MRI manifestations combined with the clinical manifestations and cere- brospinal fluid examination can facilitate accurate diagnosis of the disease. Early treatment has a clear effect, we want to increase knowledge of the dis- ease by sharing this case in order to reduce clinical misdiagnosis and allow more patients to be treated in time.
