Summary:Introduction: The patient’s satisfaction from hospital services is one of the most important criteria for the effectiveness and quality of the services presented in different wards of hospitals. This study aims at determining the satisfaction of patients admitted in Razi hospital in Ghazvin from the presented services there. Materials and methods: This is a cross-sectional study performed in Razi hospital in Ghazvin in 1380. 146 patients admitted in this hospital were selected in census and the data were collected by a questionnaire. Results: 9.6% of the patients had high satisfaction, 56.2% had good satisfaction, 28.1% had average satisfaction and 6.2% had low satisfaction. Factors such as age, sex, level of education, economic status and the period of saying in the hospital affected the degree of satisfaction of patients from hospital services. Discussion: In general, patients referring to different wards of Razi hospital were well satisfied with the presented services. Key words: Satisfaction, patient, hospital
