| Summary: | There are environmental risks in the process of economic activity of enterprises that threaten the financial stability of enterprises and the rights of citizens to a favorable habitat. The introduction of environmental insurance will speed up and streamline the process of environmental recovery and create a mechanism for guaranteed elimination of environmental damage under these conditions. The article is based on the analysis of Russian and foreign experience of environmental risk management in the production of products and services. Environmental insurance is one of the most universal and widespread instruments in this field. The problems of legislative and methodological issues of the introduction of this kind of insurance in the Russian Federation are considered. |
