Most of his ideas were executed during his government, others were only made known or were developed by others throughout these 200 years of independence, and some of them are still pending. Through this article the author pretends both, to demonstrate the modern and wise thought of O’Higgins during his government, and to re ect on the force of his thought and his ideas that are still not thoroughly developed. |
