In attendance to the new lines of direction for superior education, the construction of pedagogical projects was given to beginning, with the support of professors of the Area of Education. This story focuses the experience carried through in one of the Centers - Center of Biological Sciences and the Health, in the phase of the implementation of the pedagogical projects of nine courses of graduation. Each one of these courses counts on a Commission of Professors, responsible for the systematization of the quarrels in the scope of the Courses and was together to these Commissions that if the work developed, by means of accomplishment of seminaries. With the objective to create space for the related quarrel and reflection to the implementation of the new pedagogical proposals, one searched to identify the difficulties faced for the professors and to define strategies of overcoming of the same ones. The seminaries had consisted in space of exchange of experiences, collective learning and practical reflection on the pedagogical one and had pointed with the respect to the necessity of if establishing a process of continuous pedagogical formation.http://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=189118067006
