Summary:This article is the outcome of the MA dissertation the aim of which is to<br />determine the role of blood groups on the performance of the personnel of<br />Tabriz Justice Administration, because identifying that part of the human<br />characteristics that affects his performance, especially the genetic factors<br />with which the individual joins the organization can partly help the<br />organization to select the proper person to assign tasks to him in order to<br />realize the organizational goals. In order to do the research, we selected 200<br />perple from among the personnel by using random classified method and<br />distributed among them the performance measurement questionnaire, which<br />had been designed at Likert Scale so that we could measure the relationship<br />between his blood group and the performance of the personnel through the<br />use of Survey – descriptive method. To test the research hypotheses, too, we<br />used oneway variance analysis and Scheffes post hoc test, and we were able<br />to find a significant correlation between the personneis blood groups and<br />their performance
