New onset of sinoatrial block in a young patient treated with systemic meglumine antimoniate
Abstract The sinoatrial block is a new side effect of meglumine antimoniate. Prompt interruption of the drug results in the normalization of electrographic changes and prevents sudden cardiac arrest.
