THE EVALUATION OF LEARNING IN HIGHER EDUCATION UNDER THE ANDRAGOGIC APPROACH

The research aimed to analyze the assessment of learning within the Andragogic approach in the Education Program at Rafael Maria Baralt National and Experimental University, based on Tobon (2010) Salcedo (2007) and Adam (1987), among others. The research was descriptive, with field design, not experimental, transactional. The results were divergent with the Andragogic approach, they indicate that most teachers are aware of the assessment; however, their trend is the unidirectional assessment. It is recommended teachers training in assessment to raise educational quality.
