<p>Majoritatea abaterilor comportamentale în clasă au loc nu din cauza unor patologii psihologice, ci a tulburărilor adap­ta­tive şi de comportament. Gestionând eficient situaţiile dificile, cadrul didactic va asigura funcţionarea de zi cu zi (obişnuită a clasei de elevi), va crea un mediu propice de învăţare şi o relaţie de încredere cu elevii, prevenindu-se totodată apariţia situaţiilor problematice.</p><p><strong>BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS OF THE STUDENTS</strong></p><p>Most behavioral misconduct in the classroom is not due to psychological pathologies, but due to adaptive and behavioral disorders. By efficiently managing difficult situations, the teacher will ensure the daily functioning (regular for a class of students), will create a conducive learning environment and a trusting relationship with the students, while preventing the emergence of problematic situations.<strong></strong></p>
