Gestionând eficient situaţiile dificile, cadrul didactic va asigura funcţionarea de zi cu zi (obişnuită a clasei de elevi), va crea un mediu propice de învăţare şi o relaţie de încredere cu elevii, prevenindu-se totodată apariţia situaţiilor problematice.</p><p><strong>BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS OF THE STUDENTS</strong></p><p>Most behavioral misconduct in the classroom is not due to psychological pathologies, but due to adaptive and behavioral disorders.
