Since Ukraine belongs to the countries of post-communist camp, processes associated with creation of innovations are complex and have long-term character. Public administration and innovation policy are defined as effective tools for the development and dissemination of innovations. Particular attention is drawn to the possibility of incorporating Ukraine's national innovation system into global innovation network. On the other hand, attention is given to local players that operate in the innovations market: authorities, academic institutions, business representatives and civil society.
