Revision of the Oriental leafhopper genus Toba with description of a related new genus (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae: Stegelytrinae)

The Oriental leafhopper genus Toba Schmidt is reviewed and placed in the subfamily Stegelytrinae Baker. Its type species, T. fasciculata Schmidt, and a new species T. sandakanensis Wei & Webb, are described with details of the male and female genitalia given for the first time. A related new gen...
