First off all, the academicians who are training academicians have to make an objective selection of candidates. Later, the instructor should support the professional development of his/her assistant and bring him/her to an active position in the field. As for the young people who have chosen to become academics, they should improve themselves by working with an experienced teacher in the field. Besides, they should increase their knowledge and develop their general culture. They should improve themselves as much as possible in teaching, researching, and publishing.
