And identifying the obstacles of applying these principles and the suggestions to apply and develop them as well as the the statistical differences according to the study developments. The study used the analytic descriptive approach. The subjects of the study are all the six private colleges in Riyadh with 180 leader and member. Moreover, the researcher conducted a questionnaire containing the initial data and three axes. The results indicated that the degree of applying the governance principles was intermediate. However, the most important obstacles were the unclear systems and policies of the colleges, the weakness of applying these policies by the employees. The results also showed that there are differences between the average of responses for the Study sample due to gende variable in favour of males with ten years experience or more.
