The article explores the competitiveness of an organization in a strategic perspective, which today has several distinctive features related to the dynamic development of the intellectual market. Today, the competition is absolute. Hypercompetition requires a new approach to doing business, that is, it is necessary to model the market in such a way that to offer the consumer a unique product, to ensure coexistence with a competitor. Purpose. Consider the need to build competitiveness on the uniqueness (we are different, in another form, businesses, with another product; differently build a dialogue with the consumer, etc.). Strategic competition management is an important strategic partnership (alliance) that has a positive impact on business development. Results. The article simulates a new vision of business, a unique ""architecture"" that is built on the competence of the organization, development of intelligence and will allow to create competitiveness appropriate to the modern stage of the intellectual variant of doing business. Conclusions. Management personnel today must have not only organizational, financial, economic, legal knowledge, but also social and moral. Human intellectual capital is an integral part of the success and value of any organization, so focusing on the production of quality products must take into account its dependence on the quality of production resources. One of the main components of production resources is human capital (labor resources), if these resources are of high quality, then the highest quality products can and will be manufactured. With this concept in mind, every employee should be interested in providing quality services and follow all the instructions given by senior management.
