Summary:The Andean countries today are living processes of revitalization of their cultural roots, intercultural education is manifested in any of the areas and corners of the continent. Education in the endogenous (pedagogy and content) and the exogenous (meaning and objectives) should be open to new perspectives, why intercultural education in general and higher type in specific is a way of understanding of the decolonizing possibility non-traditional knowledge. Intercultural education as a form of decolonization of knowledge becomes transformative event of human subjectivity, thus the social dimension, it reveals and describes the encounter in shaping the time spent by who they were when subjects were incorporated, present by experience and future prospective of life after model received.
