Summary: | The complexes [SnCl4(2-OH-HB-4R-b)] ·CH3CN (R = 4-OCH3 (І), 4-Br(II)) were obtained by interaction of SnCl4 with salicyloylhydrazones 4–R- benzaldehydes (2-OH-HB-4R-b) in acetonitrile. The composition and structure (O(C=O)-N(CH=N) – the coordination of ligand’s amide form) were established by element analysis methods, conductometry, thermogravimetry and IR spectroscopy. It was studied the anti-inflammatory activity of (I, II) and previously synthesized, structurally characterized [SnCl4(2-OH-HB-4R-b∙H)] (R=N (CH3)2 (III) in model of aseptic carrageenan induced swelling, and it is shown that compound (II) demonstrates the highest activity. |
