Summary: | The paper presents an analysis of the concepts of "environment", "information environment", "information environment universities", "educational space", "educational environment", "university educational environment", "learning environment", "mobile learning environment", "mobile substantive learning environment" and proposes taxonomy of environments. There are highlighted conditions for building of subject mobile learning environments. The notion of "development" and the main features of development are analyzed. There are found out the properties and characteristics of the subject mobile learning environment development in higher mathematics while training electrical engineers, as well as developed a scheme of formation and development model of the environment.
