Amongst the most dynamic migration flow in this last decade, cameroonian migration tends to be reinforced in the parisian region where they have already built a strong tropism for a diasporic perspective. On this basis, some of the major elements for the construction of this diaspora are 1) the consolidation of ethnic immigrant associations and 2) matrimonial strategy based on an endogamic system more or less strong and adopted in the aim to encourage the cultural transmission inside immigrant families. However, looking closely these families, it seems that a process of cultural hybridization is increasingly taking place, the effects of which need to be better defined in terms of elements at risk of marginalization both in the country of departure (unfulfilled citizenship through, among other things, the rejection of dual nationality) and in the country of arrival (various forms of discrimination, glass ceiling effect).http://journals.openedition.org/eps/11085matrimonial strategycultural transmissionfamiliesimmigrantscameroonianparisian region
