The following article bring us near to the agraricultural economic model of the colombian State through an analysis of law that allowed us recognize the public politic in relation with the livestock industry and agroindustry, since 1936 until 2016; in order to prove that its important to look economic content of the Nation proyect through Political Constitution of 1991 and her inefficiency before the troubles of rural territorialities, who in middle of the adverse condition makes as a approach the recognized of the alimentary sovereignty and territory in a law, that seeking to impel and contraposition since the third world to the capitalism and hegemonic economic model.
