The emergence of culture depends on the mutual interaction of the individuals in the society, cooperation of the occupational groups and their coordination. Such kinds of interactions brought about a number of regulations and certain rules governing the communal living were introduced. In order to make progress and develop the society conformably, it is of great importance that individuals follow these established rules and raise the new generations within the scope of these rules to maintain the sustainability of the society. The major instrument for the new generations to internalize these rules, to comply with the culture and to be the bearers of the culture is the education system.
