The aim of our research has been highlighting the impact of microwaves on cellular and genome dynamics in meristems from irradiated seeds. Our investigations establish the stimulatory effects of microwave treatments on mitosis (mitotic index values compared to the control) and also detect disturbances in the mitosis process, and at the chromosomal level, disturbances that typically occur after treatment with various chemical agentshttp://www.gbm.bio.uaic.ro/index.php/gbm/article/view/820
