The objective is to develop a flexible and practical R&D project selection methodology that can be used by Turkish Naval Force managers. Considering criterias in selecting submarines are determined by a working group that is consist of 5 personnel in submarine and surface ship in relation with Anti-Submarine Warfare branch.
