It was revealed that there is a certain gap between the necessary (by professional standards) and available professional competencies of engineering and teaching workers. The methodology under consideration will allow the management of educational institutions to constantly monitor the level of professional competencies of engineering and pedagogical workers, to identify the missing competencies of engineering and pedagogical workers, and to form an individual trajectory of professional development.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2021/39/e3sconf_form2021_05036.pdf |
