Summary:The ideal of every manager is to have an efficient organization, made up of people who achieve goals in a defined time, given resources, and maximum investment. Coordination includes multiple levels of transfer of information and authority between two or more interdependent units placed in the organizational structure. Any way of human resources uniting in the organization has advantages and disadvantages in a given environment for a given activity. Comparing different structures of the private and public sector, it is determined that there is no ideal model of the organizational structure, but only a model at a given time and conditions allows efficient and effective operation of an organization. What kind of a structure selects a given organization or sector, depends on achieving the vision of society, manager’s mission, the purpose of protection and certainly the resources available.
