Summary:This article analyses the informal practices that derive from the implication of actors armed in the development and organization of the political parties in Colombia. One is a preliminary study that shows the relation between paramilitary groups and Colombian political class. The central problem of this investigation is to examine how and when this union between paramilitary and political groups was carried out and, how the networks between these two actors were woven. The paramilitary groups created authentic the paraestados premises, being satisfied like the new regional elites. The violence and the clientelism were the used strategies to extend their networks in the political class, the political parties and the elections to the Senate and the House of Representatives.
