Harting and the verification of the Bessarabian nobility protests, as well. There are displayed, analyzed and properly assessed the reports sent by P. P. Svinin to the heads from Petersburg and their influence on the new political course of the tsarism towards Bessarabia expressed in the development of a new establishment for the management of the region. P.
