Summary:The work as a playwright of Joan Timoneda was reviled until the 1980s because of the relevance that criticism gave to its alleged lack of originality. It was interesting that when critics tried to correct this judgment was not done from an aesthetic point of view, much less dramaturgic. In this paper I will try to evaluate this facet based on criteria that are much more objective, coherent and contextualized. For this purpose, I will carry out the analysis of purely theatrical parameters such as the space, time and dramatic action with which Timoneda constructed eight religious pieces.
