Production programming in most companies and organizations still utilizes outdated methods that are not compatible with the technological developments and modern science of management. So managers are trying to use the methods which are devised and applied by researchers to improve their production service. One of the factors that can help the perpetuity of economical services is production process improvement issue, which has preoccupied the managers of the leading organizations. Therefore, in the present research, first the effective factors on improving productivity have been investigated by interviewing experts, and by testing the research hypothesis concerning the relation between success and prioritizing the processing factors effective on productivity through the use of Freedman test. Finally, through the use of statistical tests, the suggested model has been evaluated.http://jpm.iaut.ac.ir/article_519389_2794557ce5c5dadf1de14c0f81a02098.pdfprocess managementpervasive quality managementexpanding quality operationsix sigmarevisited engineering
