Summary: | Dealing with the presence of students with disabilities in regular
school, there is a need to find ways to ensure that the student is able to
participate and fully develop. This theoretical essay aims to discuss how Behavior Analysis can contribute to school inclusion, mainly about the
importance of establishing better interpersonal relationships between
students. According to the Behavior Analysis, when we dedicate ourselves
over the school environment, we must analyze the variables present in the
classroom, trying to develop and mediate effective actions for each context.
Therefore, it is important to analyze the contingencies that emerge in the
school environment, searching for understand the variables that influence the
interpersonal relations between the students, from this, to plan educational
actions and to organize the classroom aiming the occurrence of social
exchanges that improve the social behavior of the students with and without
disabilities, enabling them both to face more effectively the challenges of life
in society.
