As we all know, clinical trials are essential for the development of new treatments. This study has given very valuable information regarding postoperative pain which is a common complication after root canal treatment. This clinical study aimed to compare the severity of postoperative pain following root canal treatment by using rotational and adaptive techniques. This article revealed that although tested instrumentation techniques caused postoperative pain, the pain scores indicated that both techniques caused limited discomfort associated with slight pain which did not require any additional treatment and medication.Happy readings in the third issue of 2019!https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/cumudj/issue/48597/617264?publisher=cumhuriyetEditorial |
