Summary:The test block power interruption method is one of the most important detection methods in the anticorrosion detection of buried steel natural gas pipeline. The anticorrosion detection system for natural gas pipeline is designed and realized. Firstly the overall design scheme is introduced. And then the hardware realization method of collecting the Von and Voff data is described in detail, and firmware design steps are given. Finally our instrument and the similar instrument of well-known foreign company together are tested. Experiments show that the function of our instrument is the same as that of foreign instrument, and can accurately measure the cathodic protection potential of natural gas pipelines. It has the good market prospect and excellent performance of low error rate and easy operation.
