He was survived after urgent surgical intervention.</p> <p><strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> The long-term survivors of free wall rupture repair have not been extensively reported; early diagnosis is very critical and immediate surgical repair is the treatment of choice.</p></div>http://arya.mui.ac.ir/index.php/arya/article/view/965Myocardial Infarction, Free Wall Rupture, Left Ventricle
