| Summary: | <p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">In <span class="char-style-override-1">article</span> sociological interpretation of socio-political activity as one of forms of civil activity is given. On the basis of the analysis of researches of the Russian and foreign scientists the importance of development of constructive socio-political activity in the course of construction and development of civil society locates. The main characteristics distinguishing the concept «socio-political activity» from interfaced, but not the identical concepts «socio-political behavior», «socio-political activity» come to light. It is concretized the content of this concept that in the course of research it could be operationalize at its sociological measurement with necessary degree of unambiguity.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-1">Methods</span> of sociological polls, secondary data processing VCIOM allocate forms of constructive and its destructive manifestations. The characteristic of subjects of socio-political activity is given, the indicators allowing fixing a state and tendencies of development of self-organization, self-initiatives of her subjects are defined.</p>
