The sample consisted of 10 players (age 13–15 years); with five players purposefully selected from each country. The researchers administered the training program, using the immersive and nonimmersive virtual reality for 6 weeks 5 times a week. Competitive state anxiety inventory "CSAI-2" and a questionnaire for evaluating the performance in the "fore-hand drive" were used. The data were analyzed, using Mann–Whitney U test, Wilcoxon signed ranks test; and Chi square test. The results indicated that the program with simulation of virtual reality had a positive impact on the study parameters as the post measurement was significantly greater than the pre training measurement. In light of the results, the researchers recommended modern technological devices be used in sports psychology.
