Description
Summary:Although considerable research exists about the nursing profession, the effects of the social sphere as incorporated in individuals' representations and practices are only partially covered. This article shows what some nurses’ stances owe to the dispositions they have incorporated during their social and professional trajectories. To this end, the portraits of three figures of nurses particularly engaged in the fight for professional self-determination are presented.
