Summary: | Through this study we try to reveal the most relevant aspects of one ofthe parts of the research carried out, at the core of the area MIDE, Universities of Santiago and Vigo, about attitudinal competences (to know how to be and act) which, for an efficient performance oftheir functions, the guidance counsellors ofSecondary Education State Schools in Galicia (heads ofthe guidance departments) believe they must/should have (Barreira,2003). The combining aspect is represented by the results relating to those attitudes more or less valued by the guidance counsellors as much from the level of importance they have (are given), as they should have, in both cases with regard to several sectors of counselling intervention/activity. |
