The process of cooperativization in Angola has particular characteristics that derive from the historical and concrete conditions that the country has lived from the colonial period until the present time, this process has been developed fundamentally in the agricultural field and inserted in a complex territorial environment, marked by a low level of training of cooperatives and weak mechanisms of integration to local development. The objective of this work is to evaluate the integral management of the Aldea Nova Cooperative in the province of Kwanza Sul, Angola, with the purpose of visualizing its strengths and weaknesses, as well as its peculiarities as a cooperative enterprise that serves as an experience for the rest of the entities Recognized by law in that country.
