Summary:Using consensus method and analyzing the ranked viewpoints, this paper aimed to select an appropriate change model to the Iranian academic libraries. Therefore, these libraries can apply the mentioned model in order to overcome challenges resulted of change and improve change management. The research questionnaire including three selected change models from literature with criteria for ranking them, submitted to a group of experts in Library and Information Science and Management. The analysis of experts’ viewpoints and choosing the preferred option were done by using methods in Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM).
