Summary:The analysis of 127 patients with peptic ulcer disease and simultaneous combination of several complications (bleeding, perforation, stenosis, penetration). A method for determining the assessment of blood loss. The correlation analysis of the proposed method with the definition of VCB with Evans Blue. The correlation coefficient - 0,87. The high degree of correlation between the studied traits and bcc, Evans determined by the way we can recommend the proposed methodology for broad application in practice.
