Summary:Intraocular cilium is a very rare intraocular foreign body. We report a middle-aged female patient who presented with a cilium in the anterior chamber of the right eye with iritis, following an injury with a stick. In view of anterior chamber reaction, the eyelash was removed. Postoperatively, the iritis resolved in 2 weeks with periocular and topical steroids.
