On the basis of empirical data and periodogram methods it has been determined with probability 99 % that ionization potentials of the most probable atom state form the following series: Ui/Uj = (1, 618)k′/т′, where at m′ = 1, 2, 3, k′ = 0, 1, 2, 3, ... and Ui/Uj= 10k/m, where m= 1, 2, 3, ...; k =0,...
