This research was based on National Sample Survey (PNAD) of the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE).It was used the simulation methodology proposed in DiNardo, Fortin and Lemieux (1996) from the estimated counterfactual Kernel density functions. The simulations were performed for females and males. The results revealed by the decompositions than the minimum wage, the degree of formalization and the personal attributes had impacts not concentrators to workers female and male. However, for women, the de-concentrating effect of the minimum wage is more intense in the sample compared to men. In summary, the simulations indicate the importance of the minimum wage to reduce the dispersion of labor income in recent years.https://online.unisc.br/seer/index.php/redes/article/view/5204Rendimentos.
